Only maximum of 3 repeated pattern for the same design (eg: same pattern on 3 tote bags) will be made for new orders. The same fabric pattern will be used to create other items such as clutch, make-up pouch, pencil case etc. The bags are created using cotton fabrics that consist of single or double layer of fabrics.
Prices vary according to the specified size, fabric material, design and accessories used.
We do not accept custom orders.
Payment
Local - We accept PayPal and credit card payment through PayPal.
International - We accept PayPal / Cash Deposit / Online Transfer.
Payment must be made within 3 days or else the order may be cancelled.
Shipping
Local - Via Pos Express / Pos Laju (upon request). Shipments may take approximately 1-2 days to arrive.
International - Via Registered Air Mail / FedEx (upon request). Shipments may take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees which is not our responsibility. Need it faster? TITTUT can make arrangements on Express Shipping upon request. However TITTUT won’t be liable for any losses during shipment. I ship to the address indicated in your order.
TITTUT items are packed using recycled materials to reduce waste in the environment.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Most of the fabrics used are cotton. Dry clean gives a better result. Please do not put your bag into a washing machine. Kindly keep in mind that colors in the picture may vary slightly from the original fabric color.
